Return Policy

Our dedicated and educated staff members are committed to matching our clients with the correct device. Allow us to engage you in determining your wireless needs and we will do our best to suggest the wireless handset that will complement the way you live, work and play.

At Maximum Mobility we want to be sure you are happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return your purchase for an exchange or full refund, with the original sales receipt, within 15 days of purchase. Refunds will be made to the same account as the purchase except purchases made by gift card which will be refunded as store credit. To receive a refund, your purchase must be in near new condition with all original packaging, accessories, and contents returned. You may be charged for any usage you incurred. The following products are not eligible for return: purchased accessories with earpieces or ear buds, top-up PIN for prepaid, and SIM cards that have been activated.

Any product that is returned without the promotional item(s) included with the original transaction (e.g. buy one, get one, get free Gift Card; etc.) will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the refund amount.

All TELUS devices are covered by a manufacturer's warranty, which you can find in the packaging for the device. Each manufacturer has it's own warranty terms and conditions, but manufacturers generally cover repairs required to fix defects for up to a year from date of purchase.

Please remove all personal data from any returned items (e.g. phonebook data, memory cards, passwords). Once the product is returned, it cannot be subsequently traced to recover personal data. Maximum Mobility/TELUS are not responsible for any unauthorized use of personal data left on or in devices.

Please inquire as to the service policy and warranty details for the specific device you purchase. In the event your handset needs to be serviced by the manufacturer within the warranty period, loaner handsets will be provided to clients who have purchased their handset from Maximum Mobility, subject to availability. Due to limitations in loaner inventory, the same model handset cannot be guaranteed. At our discretion, we may provide loaner handsets, for a fee, to clients who have purchased their handset elsewhere, or whose device is not within warranty parameters, subject to a refundable deposit. Accessories and other complementary products are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. Simply return the product in resalable condition, complete with all original packaging and accessories and original invoice and we will gladly refund or exchange it for you. 

Due to hygienic reasons, all ear fitted handsfree devices are not eligible for refund.

Refunds will be processed in the same payment type in which they were paid. Electronic refunds must be applied to the same card that was used for the original purchase.
